The Order Type refers to the Soapbox subscription purchased by the user.


How to check Order Type:

  1. Select Settings in the navigation pane and select Billing. 
  2. The Billing Overview page will appear. 

  3. Under Payment History, previous charges will be listed. The Order Type will be displayed in the 2nd column.
