If an item is shipped in Product Packaging, the item does not require a shipping box. 


How to toggle the Ship In Product Packaging feature:

  1. Select the Product tab.
  2. Select the desired product to edit.

  3. The Product Detail Page will appear. 
  4. Toggle Ship In Product Packaging:
  • When Ship In Product Packaging is toggled On:
    • The product is exempt from all shipping boxes. 
    • Shipping is calculated using product package dimensions. 


  • When Ship In Product Packaging is toggled Off:
    • The product will NOT be exempt from all shipping boxes.
    • Shipping is calculated using shipping box dimensions.
