If an order is put on hold due to Box Inventory, the required packaging for that order is out of stock.


How to resolve order hold when packaging is out of stock:


    1. Expand the Product tab on the left-side navigation pane.


    2. Select the Shipping Packages tab.


    3. Select the packaging needing stock replenished.

    4. The Packaging Details page will appear.

    5. Navigate to the Packaging Inventory tab.


    6. Click on the Stock number to reveal the Stock Adjustment window. Key in the amount to adjust stock by and use the plus and minus to indicate if adjustment is to be added or deducted from the current stock count.


    7. Select Add (or Subtract). The updated stock count will reflect the adjustment made.


  8. Use the drop-down menu to Save and Close. The order hold will be lifted.
